迟脉 (chí mài) : 脉来迟慢，一呼一吸不足四至的脉象。
ฉือม่าย : ชีพจรเต้นช้า ลักษณะชีพจรที่เต้นช้าไม่ถึง 4 ครั้งต่อรอบการหายใจ
slow pulse : a tardy pulse with less than four beats to one cycle of the physician’s respiration.
齿痕舌 (chǐ hén shé) : 舌体边缘凹凸不齐，有牙齿压迫痕迹的舌象。
ฉื่อเหินเสอ : ขอบลิ้นมีรอยฟัน บริเวณขอบลิ้น จะเห็นเป็นรอยกดไม่ราบเรียบของฟัน
teeth-marked tongue : a tongue with irregular dental indentations on its margin.
齿衄 (chǐ nǜ) : 牙龈出血的表现。
ฉื่อนฺวี่ : เลือดออกตามไรฟัน ภาวะที่มีเลือดออกที่เหงือก
gingival hemorrhage : a condition marked by the bleeding of gum.
冲服 (chōng fú) : 将药物加入药液或温开水混匀口服的方法。
ชงฝู : ยาชงดื่ม นำตัวยาใส่ในน้ำยาที่อุ่น หรือน้ำร้อน คนให้ยาละลายเข้ากันแล้วจึงดื่ม
take drenched : take medicine after pouring hot water or hot decoction of other medicinals over it, with stirring.
冲脉 (chōng mài) : 起于胞中，下出会阴后，从气街部起与足少阴经相并，夹脐上行，散入胸中，上达咽喉，环绕口唇。
ชงม่าย : เส้นลมปราณชง เริ่มต้นจากมดลูกในสตรีเพศและช่องท้องน้อยในบุรุษเพศ ผ่านออกมาทางบริเวณฝีเย็บ ผ่านไปตรงตำแหน่งชี่เจีย (บริเวณขาหนีบ) แล้วผ่านขึ้นไปด้านหน้าขนานกับเส้นลมปราณเท้าเส้าอินไตตรงข้างสะดือ แล้วกระจายในทรวงอก และผ่านต่อไปจนถึงคอหอยและวน รอบปาก
thoroughfare vessel : it begins from the uterus in women and lower abdomen in men and comes out from the perineum, and then goes upward near the navel by paralleling with kidney meridian of foot shaoyin from qi jie to distribute in the chest, reaches to the pharynx and goes around the lips.
重阳必阴 (chóng yáng bì yīn) : 阳热重复积累至极，会转化为阴寒的疾病转化规律。
ฉงหยางปี้อิน : หยางมากถึงขีดสุดแปรสภาพเป็นอิน ความร้อนของหยางเมื่อสะสมจนถึงขีดสูงสุด จะเปลี่ยนสภาพไปตามกฏเกณฑ์ของการเปลี่ยนแปลง กลายเป็นอาการเจ็บป่วยที่มีลักษณะของอินและความเย็น
accumulated yang transforming into yin : transformation rule of disease-accumulated and repetitive yang heat transforms into yin-cold disease.
