胆郁痰扰证 (dǎn yù tán rǎo zhèng) : 痰热内扰，胆郁失宣，表现以胆怯惊悸、烦躁失眠、眩晕呕恶、苔白腻。脉弦等为主的证候。

胆主决断 (dǎn zhǔ jué duàn) : 胆在精神意识思维活动中，具有判断事物、做出决定的作用。

淡白舌 (dàn bái shé) : 舌体颜色浅淡，白色偏多红色偏少的舌象。
ตั้นไป๋เสอ : ลิ้นขาวซีด ตัวลิ้นมีสีซีดกว่าปกติ เป็นลักษณะของสีลิ้นที่มีสีขาวมากกว่าสีแดง
pale tongue : a tongue less red than normal and incline to have more white than red in color.
但寒不热 (dàn hán bú rè) : 病人只感觉寒冷，不感觉发热的表现。
ตั้นหานปู๋เร่อ : รู้สึกหนาวแต่ไม่มีไข้ การที่ผู้ป่วยรู้สึกหนาวเพียงอย่างเดียวโดยไม่มีไข้
chills without fever : the patient’s subjective sensation of cold with no fever.
