半表半里证 (bàn biǎo bàn lǐ zhèng) : 病变既不在表，又未入里，处于表里之间，表现以寒热往来、胸胁苦满、口苦咽干、脉弦等为主的证候。

เปาเจี่ยนเซี่ยฉุย : หนังตาตก สภาวะที่หนังตาบนไม่มีแรงที่จะลืมตาได้ หนังตาตกเป็นบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมดจนส่งผลต่อการมองเห็น
blepharoptosis : a condition marked by drooping powerless upper eyelid covering part of or the whole pupil and affecting the eyesight.
薄苔 (báo tāi) : 透过舌苔，隐见舌底的舌象。
เป๋าไท : ลิ้นมีฝ้าบาง เมื่อมองผ่านฝ้าที่ผิวลิ้นเห็นตัวลิ้นได้จาง ๆ
thin fur : a tongue coating through which the underlying tongue surface is faintly visible.
悲伤肺 (bēi shāng fèi) : 过度悲忧易致肺气郁结，肺气消耗，而见气短、懒言等症。
เปย์ซางเฟ้ย์ : อารมณ์โศกเศร้ามากเกินไปจะมีผลเสียต่อปอด ทำให้ชี่ของปอดติดขัด ชี่ของปอดถูกทำลาย ทำให้เกิดอาการหายใจสั้น ไม่อยากพูดจา เป็นต้น
sorrow impairing lung : the excessive sorrow can easily cause the lung-qi stagnation and consumption, manifested as shortness of breath and disinclination to talk etc.
